Charles Everett Graham FORESTVILLE, Md. – Charles Everett Graham passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at his residence in Forestville, Md. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Dorcas Anne Graham. He was the son of Salisbury’s first African American police officer, Rayford Graham and he served honorably in the U.S. Airforce. He attended Price High School and was an active Alumni member. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorcas Anne Graham. He is survived by his brother, Murrell; his cousin and best friend, Larry Vinson; children (Carlos,Ahmad, and Nicole); and a host of other relatives and friends.
